Famous Phillies is a grilled sandwich concept built around one idea: a real cheesesteak, made to order, served hot, in Nassau.
Authentic
A real cheesesteak, not an imitation
A proper Philly cheesesteak is simple and it is unforgiving. Steak chopped on a hot flat-top, onions and peppers griddled down beside it, cheese melted straight into the pile, all of it folded into a roll that has been toasted, not just warmed. Get any part of that wrong and you have a steak sandwich, not a cheesesteak.
That is the standard we hold ourselves to on every single order.

Order at the window or send it ahead on WhatsApp. Either way it is wrapped and ready quickly.

We cater local events, birthdays and sports days, and the trailer rolls out to festivals and markets.
The trailer
A kitchen that comes to you
Working out of a food trailer keeps us close to the food and close to the customer. There is no long ticket queue and no kitchen you cannot see into. You watch your cheesesteak get built, and you get it about a minute later.
It also means we can move. Corporate lunches, birthday parties, sports days and festivals, the whole kitchen rolls out and sets up wherever you need it.
