The terms that apply when you use this website and place an order with us.
Using this site
This website is provided by Famous Phillies Cheesesteaks for information and for taking enquiries and orders. By using it you agree to these terms.
Menu and pricing
Prices shown are in Bahamian dollars and are correct at the time of publishing. Menu items, prices and specials can change, and items can sell out. The price confirmed at the trailer or in your order confirmation is the price that applies.
Orders
Sending a message through this site or on WhatsApp is a request to order, not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed once we reply and accept it. We may decline or cancel an order where we cannot fill it.
Specials
Promotions run for the period stated on the specials page, at the trailer, while supplies last. Specials cannot be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Food is prepared in a single trailer kitchen where allergens including wheat, dairy, soy, shellfish and fish are present, so cross contact is possible. If you have an allergy, tell us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you safely.
Catering bookings
Catering is confirmed by a separate written quote agreed with you. Deposit, cancellation and final headcount terms are set out in that quote.
Content
The Famous Phillies name, logo, photography and site content belong to Famous Phillies Cheesesteaks and may not be reused without permission.
